An arbitrary number of magnetic field lines may be added to a magnetic data cube model, which may be created by linear interpolation, or imported from external data files associated with the original model.

The magnetic field lines entirely contained within the data cube volume are green colored, while the open magnetic field lines are yellow.

Any given field line may be locked by the user to prevent its accidental destruction, the locked field lines having a thicker appearance than the unlocked lines.
